Hi!

Sorry for being very inactive with both answering your messages and developing the plugin.

Due to my hectic personal life I'm forced to abandon the further development of RestrictedCreative. I'm really sorry about that, but a decision had to be made and something had to be cut. I will make all versions of RC open source, so anyone can continue it's development for personal purposes. Distributing the plugin and it's derivatives is still prohibited, as I may continue the development at a later date.

Announcements:
  1. RC v1 (for Spigot 1.8-1.12) will lose support once Minecraft 1.17 arrives. If you're currently using it and have experienced any bugs, please let me know so I could fix them in a final update.
  2. RC v2 (for Spigot 1.13-1.16) will only receive bug-fixes after MC 1.17. I don't know how many new features will make it to RC v2 before MC 1.17 arrives, we'll have to wait and see.
  3. RC v3 (for Spigot 1.17+) will become the primary version after MC 1.17. This new version will include some breaking changes to the database structure, and probably to config as well. There will be a converter to help you migrate from RC v2.

Should be safe to use now that a bunch of bugs got ironed out, but remain cautious. Works on 1.14.1 as well.

A note about upcoming 1.13: I'll do my best to update as quickly as possible so your players could enjoy creative mode while exploring the new features of 1.13. I will not, however, keep backwards compatibility with older versions. RestrictedCreative 1.x will remain compatible with 1.8-1.12.2, while RestrictedCreative 2.x will be aimed for 1.13+.

Since the upcoming Spigot 1.13 is turning into a pretty major update with many under-the-hood changes, I'll probably drop support for 1.11.x and below. Old versions will remain available.
