Lightweight, but fully-featured and customizable Creative mode limiter.Minor bugfixes
- FIXED - items under "confiscate.items.material" will now be removed immediately after they enter the inventory
- FIXED - one can now disable tracking and disable placing certain blocks at the same time (this time for real)
- FIXED - random players could remove creative-placed items from item frames in PlotSquared plots
