Long overdue fixes

FIXED - added CAMPFIRE to disable.interacting.on-ground blacklist so that it couldn't be used to smuggle food - update your config
FIXED - permission "rc.bypass.limit.regions" now works properly again (it's children ".owner-based" and ".whitelist" were removed)
FIXED - there was a problem with saving creative inventories when using SQLite
FIXED - inventories won't be lost anymore when force-gamemode setting is enabled in server.properties
