Lightweight, but fully-featured and customizable Creative mode limiter.Some additional bugfixes
- FIXED - better off-/hand event handling (no more duplicate messages)
- FIXED - more robust check on physics event (doesn't drop items anymore when the block below changes its state)
- CHANGED - config explanations were moved from the config file to our Wiki .
