- CHANGED - region whitelist settings have now been moved to general.region.whitelist
- NEW - limit creative usage to player owned regions (WorldGuard and GriefPrevention are supported) - check the default config (thanks @MamitaLena )
- FIXED - blacklist items weren't properly refreshed on plugin reload (thanks @carl7345 )
- FIXED - a nasty bug including sticky substances (thanks @andris155 )
