Lightweight, but fully-featured and customizable Creative mode limiter.Some bugfixes
- ADDED - added new config option "messages.cant-switch-spec"
- CHANGED - switching between creative and spectator modes is now prohibited if the player lacks the permission "rc.bypass.separate-invs"
- FIXED - inventories won't disappear or switch anymore when stopping the server with creative players still online
- FIXED - permission "rc.bypass.sepatare-invs" now works properly
