RestrictedCreative has been around for over a year now!
- NEW - support for block-logging plugins using BlocksHub (thanks, @WindUnwaken )
- FIXED - players won't get rewards from Jobs and mcMMO plugins when they break creative-placed blocks in Spigot 1.12.x (thanks, @ericbarbwire )
- FIXED - creative players can place liquids on glass again (thanks, @CryptoMorin )
- FIXED - limiting creative to player's own region didn't work properly when both WorldGuard and GriefPrevention were installed (thanks, @WindUnwaken )
- FIXED - some messages were using wrong strings from the config
