Lightweight, but fully-featured and customizable Creative mode limiter.Some new features
- NEW - option to disable creative mode depending on player's Y level (thanks @deuscat )
- NEW - blacklist options to remove Money Vourchers and other similar items from creative players' inventories (thanks @EvilSlime )
