Support for MC 1.14

Hello Ollivanders users, sorry for the long delay in posting an update. We've been head-down rebuilding on our server.

This version has been in use for about a year on Pottercraft but we have not been able to test it with other builds, hence the alpha status.

Notes
2.2.9.1 is the first version of Ollivanders that has been tested with 1.13. So far, it is working fine but ymmv. If you find an issue, let us know.

2.2.9.1 removes the last use of binary save files from the original Ollivanders plugin. Upgrading from Ollivanders2 < 2.2.9 to 2.2.9.1 will lose your stationary spells. To upgrade, use Ollivanders2 2.2.9 start and stop your server to create the json file for your stationary spells, then upgrade to 2.2.9.1.

Morsmordre - conjure the dark mark in the sky
Pyrotechnia group - fireworks!
Incarnatio group - turn players in to various animals
Nox - cancel the effect of the lumos spell or remove night vision
Coloro group - change the color of colorable blocks and creatures
Fatuus Aurum - temporarily change a block in to gold
