This is an incremental bug fix release.

Fixes:
* several updates to remove deprecated APIs from pre 1.13
* fixed piertotum locomotor
* added default values for all config
* fixed giveFlooPowder to use correct material
* added plural spelling on prophecy command
* made color change spells match HP canon

Updates:
* rewrote carpe retractum to match HP canon (pull objects, not entities)
* rewrote dissendium to align better with HP canon

Notes:
This is alpha because we have not tested this anyplace but our own server.
