Ollivanders versions 2.4.* are for servers on MC 1.14 or later.

Fixes ported back from 2.5:
- NPE check in Book creation
- NOX and LIBERACORPUS was affecting the caster, not the target
- < 0 protection for setting scores and stationary spell duration and radius

Alpha:
This is alpha because we have only tested these fixes with version 2.5 on the 1.15 API
