1.13 Support?

We have not begun work on 1.13 support since Spigot is still in an alpha state for 1.13 (see https://www.spigotmc.org/threads/bu...ot-bungeecord-1-13-development-builds.328883/) and not recommended for existing servers. Have an urgent need for 1.13 for a new server? Let us know.
