Houses:

You can now sort players in to the Hogwarts houses and assign/remove house points. See https://github.com/Azami7/Ollivanders2/wiki/Houses

New Spells:

Morsmordre - conjure the dark mark in the sky
Pyrotechnia group - fireworks!
Incarnatio group - turn players in to various animals
Nox - cancel the effect of the lumos spell or remove night vision
Coloro group - change the color of colorable blocks and creatures
Fatuus Aurum - temporarily change a block in to gold

Bug Fixes and other Changes:

* Fixed how MC version was being detected
* Added a debug config value for running the plugin in debug mode by default
