2.2.9.1 is an incremental bug fix release

Fixes
* updated mcVersionCheck to handle 1.12 and 1.13 checks
* added default config for everything that can be set in config.yml to fix NPEs when default config is deleted/missing
* fixed giveFlooPowder to use material from config.yml if set
* removed deprecated use of SLAPI in stationary spells

Notes
2.2.9.1 is the first version of Ollivanders that has been tested with 1.13. So far, it is working fine but ymmv. If you find an issue, let us know.

2.2.9.1 removes the last use of binary save files from the original Ollivanders plugin. Upgrading from Ollivanders2 < 2.2.9 to 2.2.9.1 will lose your stationary spells. To upgrade, use Ollivanders2 2.2.9 start and stop your server to create the json file for your stationary spells, then upgrade to 2.2.9.1.
