  • PlayTime - Claiming rewards is available only if the player has played on the server for a specified amount of time.
    • You have 3 options for playtime restriction:
    1. Total - Total time spent on server
    2. Today - Todays time spent on server
    3. Session - Time spent on server since player logged in

- Did you know you can give special gift to player, if he opens all windows in advent calendar? That's perfect way how to reward and motivate players, who were active during all season, isn't it?

To use this stuff, don't forget to enable benefit at Options.yml and assign rewards.

Configuration of Calendar.yml:

• 1.8.8 - 1.12.X - AdventCalendar - Tree Template - Calendar.yml (1.8.8 - 1.12.X)

To use Yellow presents as opened windows edit GUI.yml (AdventCalendarGUI -> Window -> Openable -> SkullData)

Also you need to change OrderType from RANDOM to STATIC. Options.yml (GUI -> Base -> AdventCalendarGUI -> Window -> OrderType)

What’s new and improved?

• I have decided to separate modules into separated plugins which opens new ways how to expand this mission of Advent Season. It allows me to create new plugins even faster and reliable.
  • So I have created AdventCore, which handles all common piece of code, GUIs, Centralised Rewarding and Storage System
  • This Advent Season contains 5 products, the same count as last year
• All modules have been almost finished last year, there are quite difficulty to find new features which to implement. BUT I found something and I hope you will appreciate them.
• All
  • Added ability to see remaining time before season starts.
  • Everything is configurable in-game using GUI system. That's a huge step away.
  • Ability to claim more Rewards at once
  • Configurable particles at Figures
• Calendar
  • Removed some types how to claim rewards, for now only QUICK_ALL, QUICK_CHANCE and LUCKY_WHEEL remains.
  • Each window has own custom Icon
  • Each window has assigned slot in the GUI
  • Added permission of Benevolent claiming windows.
• Christmas Mail
  • Ability to change gift sent to the player. Previous gift will be returned to player's inventory
• Saint Nicholas
  • Configurable list of items which figure consumes. Previously only boots were allowed.
• Melody Player
  • Carols module has the biggest change! It was renamed to MelodyPlayer, which allows to play different playlist at different locations. It was more years requested feature, so here it is, enjoy
• BugFixes and lots of improvements

Hello, I am glad to introduce a new module, which extends and opens new ways of AdventSeason!

Grinch - Green Elf which hates Christmas. Everyone know this story, right?
He is coming to steal rewards to players. At the end of season, Grinch will change his behaviour and all stolen rewards are given back to players.

Stealing reward from Grinch has configurable probability. Also new Figure and Sounds are available.

What's new?

• Added option to add CustomModelData to Items in GUI.
  • Simply add this variable to selected item and system will accept it.
  • Do not forget to update TheCore plugin, too.
• Fixed bug at carols command, when messageKey was wrongly mapped to message.
• Small improvements

• Separated into multiple modules. If you want to use only Advent Calendar, Christmas Mail module can be disabled to increase performance of the server.
• Support of multi localization. Player can use different locale. (You just need to translate messages info new language and create new file. Check WIKI for more info.)
• Translatable commands.
• Command to set mode of the Figure.
• Improved prevention before loosing items at claiming reward, because of full inventory.
• St. Nicholas gives back consumed boots at claiming gift.
• RewardGUI - Added multiple consumer of items. You can place up to 9 items at once.
• Command to change locale if more than one language is supported
• Command to remove stats of one window of player’s calendar
• Season duration at playing carols.
• Ability to not using filling items(Black glass panes) at calendar. Can be replaced only with one slot as an info item.

Did you know you can give reward to player, when he opens all windows in advent calendar? That's perfect way how to reward and motivate players, who were active during all season, isn't it?

To use this stuff, don't forget to enable benefit at Options.yml and set rewards.

Today, I am bringing you the final version for 2020.

What's new?

• Added options validation. It prevents before incorrect values in configuration file.
  
  • Also, there is an inspector, that checks if the plugin is out of season. If so, plugin will be disabled to increase server performance.
    
  • If you are testing it in November, plugin switch months to December if needed. (If season is defined in November month.)
• Updated visual of ConsumerGUI. Two slots around consuming slot are from the other material to focus that consuming slot. Thanks to starnos for this suggestion.
• For Developers: Created 3 Events, that can be handled by Listeners.
  • PlayerOpenAdventCalendarWindowEvent - Event called when player claims the window.
    
  • PlayerSendChristmasMailEvent - Event called when player creates the Mailbox.

Hello, friends! Today, we are bringing a new full version of this resource

Since last year, there was not too much what to change. AdventCalendar will be still AdventCalendar. So I decided to extend this resource and rename it to AdventSeason. It opens new ways, how to surprise you and your players every year

Now, plugin consists from two parts. The first one is AdventCalendar and the second one is ChristmasMail.

What's new?

• RewardUI - From last years, I saw that you had problems with setting up rewards. So I decided to prepare simple GUI, where you can fully customize rewards. No need to write them into the file!
  
• More options where to play Carols.
• Able to open previous window. Modification at Config is required.
• Added Sounds, BossBar Info
• ChristmasMail - Every player can send surprise(Message&Gift) to friend. He will be able to claim it at Christmas Eve.
  
• New Commands, for Main plugin and ChristmasMail.
• Increased quality of code and optimized
• Supports automatic updates.

Keep on mind this is the first Beta version for this year. Full version will be available after the 20th of the November!

Wrong path to get commands of reward

What’s new?

• Totally recoded plugin brings old-new features. Basically, visual did not change too much. But core is new.
• The most important feature, Stats of player claiming are from each day, so it allows to display what windows he opened.
• New visual of AdventCalendar windows.
  • Window can be Locked/Opened/Unlocked/Closed
  • Present Choice has a new design, but effect is the same
  • LuckyWheel is the same as last year, new Back item was added.

  • Visual did not change. But now, it is very simple to spawn Santa, through command. No CMD_BLOCKS. Fully customizable in config.

Some of last-year features are not included, such as carols or particles. Don’t worry. They will be available in a few days with next new features

A small improvement! You do not have to restart the server to play effect and carols in Santa's range. It starts automatically at creating of new Santa.

This update brings new variables in language files. It is necessary to update this file. You can use my Pastebin, where are all required files. Or you can remove old file and plugin creates new at the start of the server. WARNING! Without these steps, the plugin won’t work!

If you are using 1.8.8 or 1.13.X versions, you probably found a problem. Console spamming errors.

It was caused by unsupported melodies in each version. 1.8 has other as 1.9-1.12 and these have other as 1.13.X

This problem is now fixed. Plugin automatically fixed it, but only if the plugin is new. (Config is not created)

What's new?

• Nothing special. The plugin contains all functions from Beta test.
• Added new messages, when player open window. (How much money/points he received). So you need to add these line to your language file. You can find new files on my pastebin.com https://pastebin.com/u/Sobky Or you can remove language file, and plugin creates new automatically.

I found a bug at displaying error messages. Instead of permission message was displayed wroungUsageOfCmd. Now fixed

Added option to open AdventCalendar and its windows out of season. But beware! You can open different windows on different days. And more windows per day too! It is only to test calendar. I recommend set permission AdventCalendar.byPass to false after test it. Then it can occur some problem...

Changed the name of Plugin. I made mistake in plugin.yml, sorry. So at loading this plugin it will create a new folder with files. You have to copy them there. Or you can rename current folder to AdventCalendar

A full version will be available probably on the 30th of November. (Beta version is fully functional, too)
