- added an "/allsay <message>" command that makes all online players say whatever you want them to; like Skeppy's /f command but better!

- added the permission node, 'admincmds.allsay' to be able to use the /allsay command.

- fixed some code in a few of the command classes which prevented the player using the same command twice, but now the player can use the same command on as many players as they want!

- added a "/premium" command that brings up the information on my new premium plugin, AdminCmdsPlus which has over double the commands and some of the current commands have had big upgrades!

- fixed another small bug that sends a console error when you left-click sometimes (due to the /fcannon command).

- fixed a minor bug that fired an error message to the console whenever a player right clicked with nothing in their hand!
