Update v1.8
- added /fcannon command, which lets you shoot a random firework into the sky!
- added the /fcannon info to the help pages of the help command!

- changed the report command, so instead of sending a message to all ops, it now sends a message to anyone with the permission node “admincmds.report.receive” so that now you don’t have to be op to receive a report.
