Update 1.8.5 (One of the final updates?!)
- added a “admincmds.nightvision.others” permission node to separate being able to give night vision to yourself and others.

- added a /consolemsg command, where you can broadcast a message to everyone as the server.

- added a “admincmds.consolemsg” permission node to be able to use the /consolemg command.

- this is likely to be one of the last updates for AdminCmds as I am now working on a premium version of the plugin with loads more commands and features; which is where all my new ideas will be going!
