Update 1.8.2 (New Commands!)
- added a /nobreak <username> command, which toggles whether the target player can break/place blocks or not!

- added a “admincmds.nobreak” permission node to be able to use the /nobreak command.

- added a /gift <username> command, which lets you gift the item in your hand to a target player!

- added a “admincmds.gift” permission node so that players can use the /gift command.

- Updated the /help pages and config with the new commands and info. :)
