- added the option to be able to customise the fakejoin message in the config.

- added the option to be able to customise the fakequit message in the config.

- added a /disablechat command, which toggles whether all players can type in chat or not.

- added a “admincmds.disablechat” permission node to be able to use the /disablechat command.

- added a “admincmds.disablechat.bypass” permission node for ops to still be able to type in chat when the chat is disabled.
