Fixes:
- if reward is set to 0 there is no output/message !
- fix for endgateway/endcityportal-behavior within 1.14
- portal creation has been slightly corrected for 1.14
- if you want to disable dragonrespawn for any reason, set it to -1
- removed deprecated routine...
