Translation system
- You can now choose the language for the plugin, in the config.yml
- Currently the available languages are Spanish, English and French.

In this new update a new api is being implemented to generate the yml files and a new function which in the config file there is a section to enter commands which will be executed when the player enters your server, if, before and when it has the permission "Screen_Welcomer.joincomands"
