Bug Fix And Deleted Obsolet Funtions
From now on the commands:
/ welcomer reload
/ welcomer Gui
/ welcomer particles
They are no longer part of the plugin because the gui are not used by users and the / welcomer reload command will no longer be necessary, due to the implementation of an autosave system and now only the yml file is reloaded.
Note: To generate the new config.yml, you must delete the old one and reload the server
