UnstripLog works flawlessly and has come handy many times when I accidentally click on logs.
Just realised there was a grass path feature too which is awesome instead of replacing it with dirt and waiting for it to grow back.

TYSM! this is exactly what I was looking for! I just googled a way to unstrip logs and this was the first result! Adding it to my server promptly :)
