+ Added support for TAB integration. It was known that using a plugin such as TAB (by NEZNAMY) would cause the plugin to break and allow only one color to be used! You can now bypass this by having the placeholder %simpleglow_color% be placed at the end of a username!

+ Lots of performance enchantments and code clean-up (Due to the plugin being released back in 2018 there was a lot of code which needed to be re-written due to myself being inexperienced in programming)

NOTE: If you are currently using a plugin which alters your tab menu this will cause the plugin to not function as intended. I am currently trying to find a work around!

The "/glow" command now displays the message for the 1.12.2 version as I forgot to add the message to the messages.yml

Real quickly I would like to apologize to everyone for being innactive as I lost my interest on working on this plugin. Although I hope it has returned as I am extremely motivated to start working on this again!

Added an entity wand which can be obtained by /glow wand, this item toggles glowing on any entity that is punched with it (the permission is 'simpleglow.wand').
NOTE: the wand can be enabled/disabled in the config
