Permissions, Color List, GUI sounds and some more minor tweaks
- Fixed Permissions (tested with PermissionsEX)
- Added GUI sounds when opening which can be enabled/disabled in the config file
- Added the /glow colors command which displays all the names of colors which are usable.
- Added a unique message which displays if a player tries to do /glow [color] and does not have permission
- Console is no longer able to execute any of the Simple Glow commands (this is to prevent errors from occurring).
