Added an entity wand which can be obtained by /glow wand, this item toggles glowing on any entity that is punched with it (the permission is 'simpleglow.wand').
NOTE: the wand can be enabled/disabled in the config

Added the ability to change the gui size (please use intervals of 9 to prevent errors).
Added the choice to enable/disable all sounds
Added the choice to enable/disable colors from the gui
Added new messages which can be edited in the config

Removed the /glow help command, the message can be seen by simply writing /glow
