I really wanted to like this plugin but it just didn't work for me. Maybe it works better in Spigot, I was using Paper. Every couple hours it would cause massive lag while it spit out errors and boot everyone. Tried to get resolution from the Discord channel, it got little attention and went unresolved. Looks like a great plugin, wish it worked for me.
Excellent plugin, it does exactly what it says + the support on discord is really friendly and fast! Highly recommended if you need to protect your server from griefing
I had a huge problem with this plugin, it deleted all of my plugins... but, I contacted support and they were very kind and helpful in figuring out what had happened, the fault actually was half mine and half or less theirs too because the wiki is not done very well in my opinion, but in the end everything worked out. Will I use this plugin again? good question, maybe yes because it seems to me the best one
I have never seen a backup plugin that backs up and deletes folder files without backing up... a month's work down the drain... really this plugin would be reportable to the spigot site...
Nomatter what config resets. I know i set it up properly. And dont say "goto discord for support" cause i did.. and im still stuck here. To a different plugin we goooo
I am using a multi-verse server with a number of plugins and wanted an easy way to only backup the worlds.
This plugin works like a charm and is easy to use :)! I can fully recommend.
Before giving a bad review here, you could have asked me for help (Discord / Discussion Tabs / DM). If the plugin is configured incorrectly, errors can of course occur, please contact me so that I can see what the error is in your case.
Version: 2.9.4
Genau das was ich gesucht habe. Hatte 1 frage im Discord gestellt der Author hat mir sofort geantwortet sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Nur zu empfehlen *daumen hoch* 10/10
Works perfectly. Added benefit, it will backup any root folder you designate even if it is not a "world" folder. So, if you list "plugins" in addition to your worlds folder, it will back that up also. I then FTP these zips to an offsite server. Great work team!
Thank you for his work, there was a plugin that I really liked (AutoSaveWorld) it offered the possibility of making backups on a specific path (F:\backups) and therefore on another hard disk, which is very practical.
Also, we could save the plugins,
here it is surely possible by putting "plugins" in the "BackupWorlds" list but he could put exceptions (plugins/dynmap) because the dynmap folder is very very heavy (60Go).
Just posted a new update. You can now make a specific path for the backup folder and save it on another disk :)
Version: 2.5.1
A lovely little plugin! However, please add the option to not display the "There is a newer version available" message every time you join the server as an OP in the config, it gets quite annoying after a while! '^^
Thanks for your feedback! I will add this config option in the next update :)
Version: 2.4.0
Good Plugin. And Nothing Wrong. But I Have 1 Suggestion. This Will Be More Usefull (i think). can you add spesific folder/file not only world/server. EX: i want to backup plugins/xxxx/here.yml.
Thanks for your feedback! At this time there is no special command for creating a backup of the entire server, but I think that would be a great feature so I will definitely add this with the next update.
Version: 2.4.0
i am very grateful to the author. without him, i would no longer own my server, because I accidentally damaged the map file once. thanks to this plugin, i can go back to the past!
In addition, the author, can I share him on MCBBS? (
