Thank you for the feedback! If I understand what you're asking, I believe you'd need a plugin that took advantage of world generation. You're wondering how to affect the overall world rather than water / lava interaction, correct? This one simply takes advantage of cobblestone generation :/ Hope you can find what you're looking for!

works as expected, but i dont know how to get the sound effect names. i think you might want to add a link to a file with all the sound effect names.
