  • Add Socket Types
    • Socket Types are distinct groupings of Sockets that will enable power users to setup multiple types of empty Sockets and gems to fill them. Examples for use include blue sockets that can only be filled by Offensive Socket Gems. Socket Extenders have been updated to support Socket Types as well; you can have multiple types of Socket Extenders and have them apply different Sockets.
  • Given items can drop if the player inventory is full
    • Items that are spawned by command and given to a player may now drop on the ground if the player's inventory is full. The spawned item should "belong" to the player for a short period of time in order to help combat stealing items.
  • Tiered item custom model data
    • Tiered items can now spawn with custom model data. Custom model data uses the same weight system as everything else in MythicDrops.
  • Loot explosions
    • Creatures can now be configured to have varying amounts of passes through the loot system, allowing you to make enderdragons drop worthy amounts of loot.
  • Add ExcellentEnchants as a soft dependency

If the socket gem gets added to an item AND it's a tiered item AND "use-tier-color-for-socket-name" is true, then use the tier display color as the color of the socket gem name. Otherwise, use the default. Which defaults to GOLD.

Prior to this release, there was one field (item-chance) in the config.yml that controlled two things: the chance for a mob to get an item at all as well as its chance to get a tiered item. This led to a lot of confusion and less configurable results than desired. As of this release, this has changed.

item-chance now controls the chance for a mob to get an item at all and tiered-item-chance controls the chance for a mob to get a tiered item.

No other changes were made to the drop process.

Summary
This update brings a couple of bug fixes for startup on Java 8 and/or Minecraft 1.9. It also brings the ability for Unidentified Items to have a predetermined tier.

Please note again that this build is only for Minecraft 1.9.

Slightly More Detail

In order to give an Unidentified Item a predetermined tier, the item only has to have a name matching the Unidentified Item configured name. You may then place the name of the tier on the last line of the lore of the item.

Summary
Hello, all. I would first like to apologize for my absence. Life has been rather busy recently and I have not had much time to spare for updating MythicDrops. I took the time to update it this week for Minecraft 1.9 as well as fix a few bugs with it.

As a side note, because of the Minecraft 1.9 support, it no longer will work on Minecraft 1.8.
