Summary
This release updates MythicDrops to compile against 1.14.2 as well as cleaning up some internal deprecation that's no longer needed or used. There will be a follow up to update to 1.14.3 and 1.14.4 (whenever it comes out).

• Added ability to color entity names based on the tier of the item that they're given via the "give-mobs-colored-names" key under "options" in the config.yml.
• Cleaned up deprecated internals.
