The chance amount was being deducted twice if a user loses.

This has now been fixed.

Fixed name not displaying correctly in chance failure message

• Added minimum players (default 2), if there are not enough players participating, the lottery amount rolls over to the next draw.

• Added default lottery amount (default 5000), when the lottery is drawn the jackpot is reset to this amount.

• Added header/footer toggle, so you can set the header and footer display to true or false.

Additionally, added minimum and maximum variables to the chance and donate commands, as well as 60 seconds cooldowns on both.

The way the next draw time is set has been updated, streamlining the plugin and removing some issues with the draw function.

Please ensure you delete the current .jar file and the lotteryplus folder for this update.

Fixed: Users who have already purchased tickets will now only be allowed to purchase up the the max ticket count.

For example, a user that purchased 40 tickets and then tried to purchase 100 tickets will be told they can only purchase 60 more, and those 60 will be processed.

Additionally, fixed some text formatting issues.
