Minimum players, default lottery amount!
- Added minimum players (default 2), if there are not enough players participating, the lottery amount rolls over to the next draw.
- Added default lottery amount (default 5000), when the lottery is drawn the jackpot is reset to this amount.
- Added header/footer toggle, so you can set the header and footer display to true or false.
