Fixed: Users who have already purchased tickets will now only be allowed to purchase up the the max ticket count.

For example, a user that purchased 40 tickets and then tried to purchase 100 tickets will be told they can only purchase 60 more, and those 60 will be processed.

Additionally, fixed some text formatting issues.
