Introducing version 11.1.0!
Going forward, HorseTpWithMe no longer supports versions older than 1.19.3. This includes 1.19 - 1.19.2. And while it is no longer a realistic issue, CraftBukkit is no longer supported. HorseTpWithMe now uses parts of the SpigotAPI. As such only Spigot or Spigot forks (like paper) are supported.
I've resolved the T.P.S. issues, and with this release, I'm happy to announce that HorseTpWithMe has officially replaced LeadTheWay. You can now teleport any mobs on a lead!
I've also reformed the permissions for your convenience. I've removed some of the more niche permissions such as "require saddle" and modified the remaining ones. Here are the new permissions:
- horsetpwithme.vehicle.*
- horsetpwithme.passenger.*
- horsetpwithme.lead.*
Entity-specific permissions are also available. For example
horsetpwithme.vehicle.pig
allows a player to teleport a pig as a vehicle.
horsetpwithme.passenger.pig
allows a player to teleport a pig as a passenger of a vehicle.
horsetpwithme.lead.pig
allows a player to teleport a pig on a lead.
horsetpwithme.teleport.pig
allows a player to teleport a pig in any way they want.
All the disabled_world permissions have been inverted. Instead of disabling worlds, you'll need to enable them. To do so, use horsetpwithme.world.<world_name>. If you want to allow all worlds, use horsetpwithme.world.*.
As of right now, I've excluded Metrics (bStats) and the update checker. I don't like how they're currently implemented and I would like to take more time to revise. This update fixes more urgent issues and releasing it without these additions is a fair trade off.
Lastly, I've updated the overview page. Although it may appear a bit empty, it's now accurate.

VERSION 7.4.0.0
To start off with, I would like to express how sorry I am for releasing a heavily broken update, which ironically was designed to fix a lesser issue from a previous update. To all of my loyal users (if any still exist...) and to everyone else who downloaded versions 7.2.0.0 and 7.3.0.0, I truly am sorry. I didn't test either of those versions, and I rushed them onto the Platform (SpigotMC). I know that for some, this 'fix' cannot undo the damage caused to their players trust in the plugin, or your own trust in me as a developer. I'm going to have to regain everyone's trust, and I am prepared to do so.
Onto the update.
WHATS NEW?
The NullPointerException(s) that are triggered for non OP players teleporting, and for anyone trying to teleport a non-vanilla vehicle have been repaired. They were caused by almost identical circumstances, the former being caused by the fix I released for the latter.
tldr; The recent Console Errors and permission issues have been fixed.
This isn't a feature update:
New things and other quality-of-life improvements are still to come, but for now this release is designed to fix the current issues only.

v7.1.0.0 was compiled from the wrong project/code. Update immediately to v7.2.0.0 if you downloaded v7.1.0.0.
Various Bug Fixes over yesterdays release. Starting with the broken Update Checker, and finishing with making the Permissions.txt only show you relevant teleport perms, instead of showing them all (Only affects CraftBukkit).
I also implemented a few new custom events, which I'll elaborate more on when I get around to making a Wiki on GitHub.

Permissions have completely chanaged.
Every word is now seperated with an underscore. i.e.

I'm back, and so is a working Permission System AND 1.13 support.
Permissions now fully work the way I intended them to. For all you guys who don't use the permissions and have no idea what I'm talking about... In a nutshell, revoking the master teleport permission prevented you from using any other teleport permission node. So all entities, or nothing. This has been fixed.
Also OP's are now exempt from the PreChecks. Because OP's have every permission, that used to mean in the eyes of the plugin, they had permissions preventing them from using the plugin. This issue has been fixed as well.
This version can, and will work with ProtocolLib on 1.13, if you have it. But you don't need it. On 1.14 though, ProtocolLib is broken, so the Plugin avoids it regardless.
I have not tried this version on 1.12 or lower, but I promise you that due to the API changes, that it really shouldn't work. I will try my best to keep my promise of releasing 1 final "Legacy" version soon, but only once I get rid of all of the bugs in the current version.

Here you go fellas.. A version of the plugin that only works on 1.14,
and it doesn't need ProtocolLib.
I'm just testing the waters with this version. So far my tests on 1.14 have been successful without the need for packet manipulation, so if all goes well, I won't need ProtocolLib anymore.. But if there are any client side issues, let me know, and I will go back to using ProtocolLib.

Hey everyone, I'm back... and So is the plugin.
I'll Update the Overview Tab tomorrow, but if you're looking for a quick reference of the permissions, there is a
permissions.txt file inside of the Plugin's folder that contains all of the World and Teleport permissions.
In addition to these permissions, there is also:
- horsetpwithme.requiresaddle
- horsetpwithme.requiretammed
- horsetpwithme.denycrossworld
These 3 and all of the other permissions work exactly the same as they currently do, but I will provide a full in-depth overview tomorrow when I update the Main Page.
Good news if you're using a Spigot Based Server (Pretty much anything that isn't CraftBukkit) you can now teleport literally any Entity in the game. With or Without Ridables.
The Update checker has also made a return. Don't worry though, it's not as intrusive as it used to be. And it only displays in the console.
I will provide a better description tomorrow after work, but I really hope this plugin was somewhat worth the wait.
P.S. Economy and Area Block are coming soon, I'm separating them away from the plugin, just like they used to be.
And for anyone who is interested.
HTWM_TeleportEvent is the new event that is called when the plugin tries to teleport an entity.

Here is the 2nd Beta for Version 3, and arguably the biggest update yet (internally). The config doesn't currently exist, but don't worry, everything plus more can now be done with permissions.
Installation is still the same, the plugin is still plug-and-play so you don't have to touch permissions despite the recent changes, and overall I really hope you guys like this new update.
Like it says in the title, this version supports 1.12+, I really did try to get down to 1.10, but that would require a whole lot more work.
Other than the Config getting removed, the other big change is that there is now Full Ridables Support. Basically, if you can ride it, you can teleport it. This feature works best on Spigot based Servers, but if you want it on CraftBukkit you're gonna need to also install ProtocolLib.
I'm really tired right now and need to get to bed, so if this whole update seems empty and rushed, that's why. I'm gonna leave you all with the plugin.yml file. I'll redo the whole plugin page tomorrow, but for now this will tell you all of the permissions.

Here we go again! It's time for HorseTpWithMe to take on 1.13. I am proud to release this

, although it's still missing some stuff like
Economy
and
AreaBlock
, it currently has fully implemented Permissions and everything currently in the Settings.yml should work properly.
My ultimate goal with Version 3 was to release a version that is quicker and more responsive than previous versions. I really worked hard on removing the glitchy-ness as well, however, I can't test for everything. The reason for me releasing this as a BETA (other than it missing AreaBlock etc.) is so I can get feedback as to how the plugin performs on various different servers with different plugins.
If anyone finds any issues, please tell me ASAP and I'll get to work fixing them.
I will be adding AreaBlock and Economy soon, I just want to be sure that I've nailed the core System first.
Oh, and I finally bit the Bullet... As of now Boats and Minecarts are now supported. I don't know how I'm gonna handle the whole multiple passenger situation with the boats, but I'll figure something out.

A lot of Bug fixes. In particular any errors relating to WorldGuard/CreativeGates not being installed on your server have been repaired. They were caused by stupid thinking on my part, and I pledge that they will not happen again. I'm 99% sure I found all of the mistakes.
iGates is now Supported, so Water Gates from CreativeGates as well as iGates will now work properly.

This is a small update to fix a bug that caused horses (and possibly pigs) to respawn with players when they die.
I might add a feature to make horses/pigs respawn with players some time in the future, but the way it was allowed players to get horses into blacklisted worlds.

VERSION 1.4.10: What's New?
I gave the code/config a small update, and also changed how the plugin treats Blacklisted worlds. Normally if a player tries to teleport a horse out of a Blacklisted world, the plugin would allow it, as long as the destination world is not Blacklisted. But it has been pointed out to me that players can go to a creative world, fill a chest on a donkey with lots of valuable loot, and tp the donkey back to the survival world. This is update removes the ability for players to teleport horses/donkeys/pigs out of a Blacklisted world.
Another thing to note is that the main class has moved and had a name change.

What's new?
Hello everyone. A few days ago, a server I frequently play on added HorseTpWithMe, and it was the first real time I had an opportunity to test first hand on an actual server how good the plugin really is... And I gotta say, it was horrid.. and I decided that there was only 1 solution. Delete the entire source code for HorseTpWithMe off my computer and start fresh. This is what I managed to achieve.
- Removed all NMS code from the plugin. I got things working smoothly without it. This also means that you don't have to update every single time a new server version is released.
- Fixed all known incompatibilities with WorldGuard.
- Made a work around for the WorldGuard issue that freezes horses if you try to dismount in a region that you don't have access to. So even if you don't want to teleport horses (or pigs), HorseTpWithMe is still a good plugin to have.
What's different?
It might take a noticeable second longer to teleport horses/pigs. It's something that needed to be done to fix some issues with short distance teleportation.
The AnimalTeleportEvent has been moved from
me.TheMrJezza.HorseTpWithMe.Events to
me.TheMrJezza.HorseTpWithMe, this means any plugins using this event will need to be updated. If for some reason you have a plugin that uses the
Listeners class (I honestly cannot think of any reason at all why you would), I'd just like to take this opportunity to say that it doesn't exist anymore, just like the NMS classes.
Anything Else?
I am calling this a BETA version because all of the code is new, and although I do test HorseTpWithMe for bugs before I release it, I cannot say that there is nothing at all wrong with this release. So just as a general warning...

P.S: HTWMEconomy won't work with this version yet.
Although HorseTpWithMe works on 1.9.4, this update will stop horses and players becoming invisible after teleporting, so now you don't have to ride the horse out of the chunk to make it visible.
Pig Teleportation
I have added an option in the config to enable Pig Teleportation. This was at the request of @JKGamerxD and @AndalmereCraft. With this addition comes a new PigTeleportEvent, a new {ANIMAL} variable to use in the Blacklisted-World-Message that either returns Pig or Horse depending on what was teleported and the HTWMEconomy extension now supports Pigs.
Command To Reload The Config.
If you're sick and tired of reloading or restarting the server to update changes you have made in the config, well then good news, you can now use /htpreload to reload the config.
Option To Require Saddles
In the config, you can now make saddles a requirement for horses to teleport. This has always been set to false by default, and still is, although now you have the option to change it.

There is now a HorseTeleportEvent that is fired before a horse teleports (If you don't know what this is, then ignore it). This event can be cancelled to prevent horses teleporting, and comes with 4 methods. (Excluding generic event methods)

Possible Return of Economy.
With the HorseTeleportEvent, it is now easy to add Economy without effecting performance. However, HorseTpWithMe doesn't have any code for Economy, instead, I have made a small extension that does all of the Economy mechanics separate from the plugin.
To enable Economy, you will need to have Vault, HTWMEconomy and an economy plugin. There is more info on the HTWMEconomy page.
This is a tiny update to the code, and nothing much has changed. I recommend updating, but nothing will be different so it's optional.

1.9 Support.
Hello everyone. I decided to release the most up to date 1.9 version of HorseTpWithMe. I believe releasing it to the public for everyone to test is better then just me alone testing it. I am aware of some WorldGuard incompatibilities, and I am working on them. I am sorry this took soo long to update to 1.9, and I would like to thank @DrkMatr1984 for pointing me towards some useful information that made this release possible.
I removed Economy because I would like to focus on getting the WorldGuard issues sorted out. Once everything is working I might add Economy back if enough people want it.

Economy:
Requires Vault.
At the request of MineralGuy, HorseTpWithMe v1.3.4 and beyond will now support Economy! For maximum compatibility and simplicity, the Economy feature requires Vault to be installed on your server.
I still try to keep my values of keeping the plugin as simple as possible, so if you don't want economy enabled then you don't have to do anything. It is disabled by default, and you don't even need to have Vault installed.
If you have Vault on your server for any reason already, but would like Economy disabled, then the same applies, it will be disabled by default.
If you would like to use the Economy feature, then simply install Vault and set the Fee-For-Teleporting value in the config to any number higher than 0
If later on you decide you don't want Economy enabled anymore, then simply change Fee-For-Teleporting to 0 and Economy will be disabled.
Important
If you don't intend on using Economy, then there is no real benefit to updating. I would say that v1.3.3 is a little bit faster then 1.3.4 because of the lack of Economy mechanics.
If you would like to use Economy, you might have to delete your config so a new one can generate with the Fee-For-Teleporting option.

Version 1.3.3... What's Changed?
In this version I believe I have fixed the issue of the player not being fully on their horse after they teleport.
Why did you skip Version 1.3.2??
I didn't skip it, Version 1.3.2 was a custom Version I made for the World of Atlas server to fix the issue I stated above that Version 1.3.3 also fixes.

Well... The only thing different between 1.3.2 and 1.3.3 is the message that is displayed to players if they try to teleport with a horse into a blacklisted world. Instead of being displayed twice, its only shown once like it should be.

This is a small update that fixes the water bug that no one noticed, I also added a new permission to allow players to ignore the world blacklist. horsey.ignoreblacklist
Another thing people who use MultiVerse might notice is that I have added a temporary fix for worlds that have animals disabled.

I know its obvious, but still... I ran out of 1.2.x numbers so lets celebrate !!!
I promised a few people that the next update I release will have new features, I would just like to let those people know that this update only has a small bug fix to the permission half of the plugin and does not contain any new features. I am still working on new features, but this update needed to happen. I am very sorry I couldn't keep my promise.
In this release I updated the permission half of the plugin, and re-wrote some other parts to remove duplicated code. People should have less problems with the option to use a permission from this update.

I gave up on version 1.2.7 and there were too many beta's it made it not worth having. So I salvaged what worked from 1.2.7 and re-made what didn't and ladies and gentlemen I give v1.2.8
I have tested it and I couldn't find any bugs. But please tell me if you find any.
Beta-5 is mostly here, if you want early access to it, just click the Beta-5 download link in the Plugin Overview section, it's near the top.
The only thing that's changed is how the horse gets tp'd, its untested so please bare with me.
Hopefully, this will be the last Beta version before the release of v1.2.7. Just like the other versions, please tell me if you find any bugs.

Because this is technically an early release of 1.2.7, this version has 1.2.7 features. One of them being console commands are now supported. All of the essentials commands should work now, but I can't test /tpa or /tpahere so please give me feedback about these two commands.
The glitch that doesn't fully put you back on your hourse when you teleport to different worlds has been fixed as much as it can be, the rest is up to your servers performance. Anyway I've said enough, so here it is, and sorry for 1.2.6, enjoy everyone

In this update I added 4 commands, /tpa, /tpahere, /tpdeny and /tpaccept.
They override the default essentials commands and they look and work almost 100% the same! same permissions, same commands.. the only difference is, these versions will teleport your horse!
Well, nothing really was added feature wise, but now the plugin supports Java 7 so that's good

Don't worry everyone, I still kept it simple. the config adds an option whether or not to use the permission 'horsey.teleport' By default its false so if you have a server that doesn't have a permission system or you want everyone to use this plugin, good news, you don't even need to look at the config. But if you want to use the permission, you will need to change 'false' to 'true' Very simple in my opinion
