+ The fall distance is now reset for horses (or pigs) when teleporting.
+ Horses (or pigs) will now teleport with you if you're in mid air. Useful if you ride off a cliff.
+ Added some support for water type portals made with the CreativeGates plugin.

Notes: This is a Beta, I don't want anyone to be expecting bugs, but please know that there might be some. Especially with the new things I added/changed to add support for CreativeGates. I would also like to thank @Oedipus for telling me about the issues with CreativeGates.

Also if anyone Decompiles HorseTpWithMe (not that I encourage it..) just ignore the Economy.yml, it does absolutely nothing. (yet)
