With the release of version 7.x.x.x came a new bug which stops the Permissions.txt file getting generated for new servers. I've always used my test server for testing (i.e. not new to HorseTpWithMe), and until now I hadn't spotted this bug. I just booted the plugin on another server and found the issue. I wanted to get in quick with a fix before someone reported it, so here's the previous update from 1 hour ago, but with this issue resolved.
tldr; Fixed the Permissions.txt file not getting generated on new servers.
