This update is purely bug fixes and a couple cosmetic changes to the EXP Tome.

XP duplication glitch with EXP Tomes where shift click crafting created a stack of the tome in which you could save EXP to the whole stack, single those books out and then keep giving yourself ALOT of exp. shift Crafting events for the EXP Tome item is now prohibited and will cancel out when crafting.
Exp Tomes - These were stackable before saving EXP, meaning duplication of high amounts of levels was possible. now each, tome when crafted, will have a random Issue # on the lore meaning it can no longer be stacked unless a freak occasion where that random number between 1 - 10000 is the same.
Changed the handling of all data when storing and receiving when using the exp tomes.
This update adds permission restrictions to the Gem usage/Crafting functions

Fixed a bug where non OP/staff players were able to open the admin GUI and get unlimited gems.
This update adds a new item suggested to me earlier by a user on discord.
Added:
- Exp Storage Book: Right Click to store your Total Exp/levels and Left Click
to receive the stored Exp/levels (Item is destroyed upon Exp withdrawal)
- New Crafting Recipe

- Added higher/more fair weights when using the unidentified gems (More Tier I gems compared to Tier VI)
I've been playing around with a few ideas and what not, let me know what you think.
Added:
- Gem crafting: put 9 gems of a lower tier into a workbench and you'll get 1 of the next tier up.
- Hidden Gems: You can now swap between how gems are obtained, either by having a random tier gem drop on mob death or have an 'Unidentified Gem' drop where a player right clicks with and they get a random gem or use EXP LEVELS to identify the mystery item in your hand (EXP cost can be disabled in the config or via admin GUI).
(Gem cost can also be changed in the config, currently set to 2% or 0.02 of a players level).
- Items now have names when they drop. (can be toggled in the config or via the admin menu).
Added:
- A check for SILK TOUCH; if a player is using silk touch, they will not be granted EXP due to the fact they could replace and break for unlimited EXP.
Please remove your old Config.yml and generate a new one. ADDED:
Crops (Wheat, Carrot, Potato, Beetroot, Nether Wart,Sugar Cane, Melon, Pumpkin, Cocoa Bean). These will give out EXP if the crop is at max age. (Sugar Cane/Melon/Pumpkin has a cooldown for collecting exp since these can be placed back down and broken over and over again)

Language (English/French) setting for chat messages, these can be changed in th config or with /gem lang (Item Lore Changes in next update)
Added command /gem timer - this will return an interger (your remaining time limit before you gain exp from breaking exploit crops)
Added command /gem lang - This will change the language of the messages shown in chat after breaking Crops/Ore.

It was pointed out to me on my server that EXP Gems were although a cool way of earning EXP in minecraft.. but at the same time it rendered the Mending Enchantment useless as my plugin cancelled EXP Orb drops upon mob death.
Mending works by flicking a random interger when you aquire a new orb and the game decides if that number will be accepted to activate mending on your item.
EXP Gems will now throw 1 orb at the player when a mob dies so Mending now works as expected.
Any player within 5 blocks of a player breaking gems will recieve half the amount of EXP, players further than a 5 block radius from the gem break will get nothing
Dragons Essence - Obtained via the admin menu or defeating the Ender Dragon. EXP: (800 - 1000)
Heroic Gem - Gained by mining Ore or killing Mobs EXP: (200 - 500)
Changes:

revamped the default chances of all gems to be more forgiving (though you can change to your will)
