Couple player reports of gems not functioning or removing themselves from the inventory on use.

Fixed:
- Gem identification is now more precise when the event triggers.
- Gems will now be removed -1 upon use.

Changed:
- Reworked the chance system, its a lot more fluid than before.

Addition:
- The ability to change the name of each of the 6 tiers with colour code support inside the config. (&6 = GOLD, &b = AQUA etc)
