Send a notification to a AFK player so he/she comes back! POKE- Fixed a message config bug with noargs.
- Fixed a bug where the "Sorry, (player) is offline of does not exist" message not pop up but throwing an error instead.
- Added a PokeAll command that pokes all the player, also added configuration for PokeAll.

In this update I've added BStats to the plugin! You can disable BStats;
File manager -> Plugins -> BStats -> Config.yml and set true to false, but please keep this on! This helps me and other developers!

In this update I've added even more placeholders!
Now you can use placeholders in the title, and the poke message! New placeholders:
%target% - The player you poke!
%sender% - The player that pokes another player!

Sorry about so many almost similar updates, but now the notification system works! (The system that sends the console a message if the plugin is outdated)
