Send a notification to a AFK player so he/she comes back! POKEBug fixes, enable/disable and PokeAll feature
- Fixed a message config bug with noargs.
- Fixed a bug where the "Sorry, (player) is offline of does not exist" message not pop up but throwing an error instead.
- Added a PokeAll command that pokes all the player, also added configuration for PokeAll.
