In this update I've added even more placeholders!

Now you can use placeholders in the title, and the poke message! New placeholders:

%target% - The player you poke!
%sender% - The player that pokes another player!

This was suggested by someone in my discord, thanks for the suggestion! Enjoy the plugin!
