This update adds :
-support for the PlacerholderAPI.
Any plugin that uses PAPI can use the DragonSlayer prefix now!
Just add the placeholder %dragonslayer_prefix% to the configs...
-fix for setting-defaults
-fix for enderdragonphase (dying)
-more minor fixes...
