- Added feature which implements a cooldown system for each crate. Default is 0 seconds (disabled)
- Added two new permissions
- lootcrate.cooldown.[crateid]
- Allows user to bypass cooldown of specific crate
- lootcrate.cooldown.*
- Allows user to bypass cooldown of all crates
- lootcrate.cooldown.[crateid]
- This can be set using the new /lootcrate option command.
- Added new config option
- lootcrate-cooldown-in-effect: "&cPlease wait &e{time} seconds&c before opening the LootCrate &e{crate_name}&c."
- Added /lootcrate option [crateID]
- Just a quick new way to access the lootcrate option gui
- Uses same permission as gui access (lootcrate.command.gui)

- lootcrate-command-option-usage: "&cUsage: /lootcrate option [crate_id]"
- Speaking of options, knockback and cooldown options in gui have been replaced with text based changing rather than gui based changing
- Fixed bug introduced in last update that would display debug text
