Bug fixes:
- `/vehicle delete` doesn't work
- `NullPointerException` in console on jerrycan filling
- Entering vehicles with and without permission does not work as it should
- `getHandlerList()` method not found (for API developers) - Skin item could be taken from a vehicle (see https://github.com/GamerJoep/MinetopiaVehicles/issues/76)
