Internet!
I've added the ability to connect/disconnect from the internet.
Right now internet is just a global chat, you get charged by message for now. (Later I'm going to change how billing works so you can do per actual minute and data used etc)
This may have bugs in it so just be wary.
Squaremap integration I've fixed, layers were all busted. (I will be improving this more for 2.0)
