Adds experimental support for Denizen 1.1.0+ (as well as legacy versions). Fixes an issue with the previous version of Quests that would sometimes cause the player GUI to not function.

This version's updates include:

• Support Denizen 1.1.0+ in addition to legacy versions
  
• Handle custom objectives without default prompt value
  
• Require objective before selecting Denizen script
  
• Only subtract progress from place block objs if same type
  
• Improve item type comparison for MC 1.8
  
• Ensure that DungeonsXL groups are not null
