Notes
The versions previously uploaded were all removed, they contained pretty severe bugs, which have all been resolved, and the release publishing system has been changed. Due to spigotmc.org's unversioned publishing system, all releases from now on will be uploaded in a zipped folder containing a range of versions, from which you can select the one you need.

Bug Fixes
- Players closing inventories would close the bounty raise menu
- Shift clicking was entirely blocked from other GUIs
- Items would be deleted if players were killed with items inside the raise GUI
- InventoryClose event not getting unregistered
- Removed the 2 tick delay on bounty raise cancellation.
