Hey there! Sorry that you got a bit confused there! I should probably add some videos showcasing the plugin.
To add bounties to players, you have to use either /bounty raise <playername> or /bounty silentraise <playername>. This will pop up a GUI allowing you to place items inside, with a confirm/deny button.

Hello, you list "bounty.bountylist" as the permission for /bounty list, but its actually just "bounty.list". Other then that seems good

Will change my review after explanation/fix. However, you can't even set the bounty on the player.... /bounty set - /bounty raise do nothing. You have reviews in here that clearly are fake if the plugin has been in this state.

Looks like an amazing plugin so far. There only seem to be two feasible options for bounty plugins, this being one! I have a question for the author, though: should there be more configuration than just the BountySeekers/data/internal.yml file? That's all that's showing up for me.

Yep, it will! Don't worry about it :) I'm currently in an internship so I don't have much time to work on it, but as soon as its over I'll update it.

In the meantime, try to see if it works with the 1.19 version, there's a high chance that it will!
