Removed PlaceholderAPI dependency

• Fixed a bug where you couldn't chat when you are nicked and PlaceholderAPI is not installed.

Added unnick command

• Added /unnick [player] command, to unnick someone.
  You can still use /nick command aswell to unnick yourself, if you're nicked.

API Update

• Updated ModernDisguise API.
  You can now use nicknames even if the name partially matches an online player.

SQLite Support

• The plugin now supports SQLite. If you're running a Spigot-only server, you can use SQLite to store nicknames.
  
  For networks (bungeecord / velocity), I recommend using MySQL. This way, nicknames are saved across the network, allowing players to keep their nicknames on all servers.

Extended version support

• The nick plugin (should) now support all versions 1.8 - 1.21

Bugfixing

• Fixed a few bugs and improved the code

NOTE: Please keep in mind that there might still be bugs, especially if you have a lot of plugins on your server. I can't add support for all plugins that exist.
And I also can't guarantee you that it will work on your server.

PlaceholderAPI Support
- You can now use those Placeholders:
%nick_name% - show the current nickname of a player
%nick_realname% - show the real name of a player
%nick_is_nicked% - 'true' if player is nicked, 'false' otherwise

Added Nick Item
This Item will be given to players when they join on the server (and if they have the permission). You can also turn off the nick item in the settings config.

Added Name blacklist
You can now blacklist names, so that players can't nick to those names, except if they have the permission nick.bypassblacklist
